New listing!

Here is a GORGEOUS home that I just listed. Located on beautiful Kempenfelt Bay, on Lake Simcoe. 60' frontage of shoreline ownership, almost 1/2 acre in town. Over 5000 sq ft of finished living space 4.1 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Check out the virtual tour here!

On top of this listing, life has continued to be happily busy... An offer on one of my listings, another one firmed up - congrats to D and N! Also, offers written for C and R, and soon to write one up for C and J. Lots of Real Estate action going on!

Will keep you posted on other happenings in the days to come!

Until next time!
Jamie

Another home sold (conditionally) and another listed

Congrats to my clients on Joseph Cr, as they were able to receive a conditional offer on their home in 7 days. We should be able to put a SOLD sign on the property by next Monday.

Along with working with this offer, I was able to list a very cute place on Beach Rd., in Innisfil, ON. About a 10 min walk to beautiful Lake Simcoe.
